Passionate practitioner of Yoga receiving influence from my teachers, peers. travel and training. My experience has helped me bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. Utilizing and teachingthe tools of meditation, intention, pranayama (breath work), Asanas (poses) my students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. My teaching style is built on clear instruction for each pose along with guidance for breathing and aligning the mind and body. Classes are always focused on fulfilling both emotional and physical needs. Modifications are always given to encourage maximum class involvement.I play uplifting music and do a mix of physical demonstration as well as class walk around to help students adjust as needed. Students leave feeling stretched, strengthened and an improved understanding coping skills for the stresses of daily life.
