Katy Blommer is the founder of Women’s Best Life University and a Vice President at a large financial corporation, where she has spent 24 years rising from customer service to leading large, global teams. Through that journey, she discovered a passion for helping women thrive, which led to her signature program and podcast, The Working Mom Happiness Method, and her forthcoming book of the same name launching in April 2026. Named one of Utah Business’ 30 Women to Watch in 2023, Katy is known for blending real-world leadership experience with practical coaching that supports working moms in creating balance, healthy habits, and thriving in their careers. She lives in Farmington, Utah with her husband and two boys and brings warmth, clarity, and actionable insight to every stage she steps onto.
