This morning I had a win when I listened
This morning I had a win when I listened to my body’s hunger cue. I’m usually not hungry first thing in the morning, and I don’t like to have anything in my stomach before I workout. But after dropping off my daughter and setting up for my workout, I noticed I felt hungry. My first instinct was to just ignore it until I got my workout in. All I could hear though was Katy in my head saying we need to trust our bodies again. So I thought okay, I’ll just grab something small so I don’t get a side ache or feel sick in my workout. Grabbed a little slice of cheese and some water and now off to my workout.
