Looking back at Q2 goals
Looking back at Q2 goals, I am most proud that I accomplished a written plan for how to care for myself emotionally when I return to the physical office space. After 1.5 years only working from home, I had a lot of boundaries naturally created from physical distance. Knowing my boundaries will be challenged being back in the physical office space with bosses and co-workers, I wanted to prepare myself for these situation and give my future self options. In prepping this, I know that being outside and walking is incredibly helpful for my mental and emotional health, so I did a little research and found THREE parks that are a 7 minute walk from my office that I had no idea existed! Now I am actually excited to make that time for myself when we return to the office and go explore these parks.
