Today I was reading an article about the symptoms of menopause. One is hair loss (one of my stresses right now). Neither of my doctors mentioned that my hair loss could be from menopause! Happy to say the article gave some tips about reducing the symptoms and a majority of them are stuff we’ve been learning - getting rest, taking time during the day to meditate, moving. It’s a win because I realized I can stop worrying so much and focus on what will help :) although my worry about my hair loss has gone down, this is another confirmation that I’m doing the right stuff.
