I worked out last night after feeling
I worked out last night after feeling totally drained from not getting good sleep recently (my little guy is teething). I had just gotten him to bed last night and there was a peloton ride starting in a minute. I wanted so badly to just get in bed but held myself accountable (with the help of a friend!) and got on the bike and rode for 35 minutes! I felt great after and actually got a decent night’s sleep last night - yay!
