We lost a family member this week
We lost a family member this week unexpectedly and I am so grateful for all of the tools this program has already taught me that has helped me work through it. I have been finding and practicing grief & loss meditations daily, sticking to my morning routine (the personal writing component has been significant in giving space to my thoughts as I process this), and keeping up with body movement. Most of all I appreciate how this program has taught me to take care of myself during “low energy” times: all myself to feel what I am feeling and to practice the ever important self-care items of water and sleep!
