My win this week is that starting my deliberate morning routine inspired my husband to be more active in the morning, too! I am one of those people who identify as “not a morning person” so he watched me get up and go through this routine and rethought how he starts his day and now he gets his own 20 minutes of body movement in first thing. Feels good to start these little actions every day that will make us a happy, health family!
